Get the webshop ready for launch, turn the waitlist into first customers, and keep them coming back.

What you’ll do

  • Add and maintain products on Shopify: photos, descriptions, sizes and stock.
  • Plan and send the launch emails and WhatsApp messages to the waitlist, then the regular ones after.
  • Handle orders, deliveries, exchanges and returns with our courier partners.
  • Answer customers on WhatsApp, email and Instagram, and track repeat purchases and what brings people back.

What you’ll bring

  • One to three years in e-commerce, CRM or customer care, ideally on Shopify.
  • Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing tools such as Shopify Email, Klaviyo or Interakt.
  • Care with product details: sizes, prices and stock always right.
  • Clear, friendly written English, and calm under launch-day pressure.
