Run our Kala Ghoda store and make it a place people go out of their way to visit.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the store every day: clients, stock, visual merchandising and the team.
  • Build a client book and bring people in through appointments, WhatsApp clienteling and private evenings.
  • Work with nearby hotels, galleries and concierges in Kala Ghoda and Colaba to send the right people through the door.
  • Own the store’s sales target and report weekly on footfall, conversion and what is working.

What you’ll bring

  • Three or more years in luxury or premium fashion retail, including running a store or a team.
  • A client book you built yourself, and targets you have hit.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi or Gujarati is a plus.
  • The confidence to sell without pushing.

About Hawk & Wolf

Hawk & Wolf is a luxury fashion house from Mumbai, with a store in Kala Ghoda and a webshop that opens first to a private waitlist. We make pieces in small numbers and look after every client personally.
